Accessible to every user.
Equal access to information is a baseline expectation in the agencies we serve. We hold this site to the same standard, with WCAG 2.1 AA as our conformance target and a clear path to report barriers and request alternative formats.
Our Commitment
LoudWrks supplies agencies whose mission depends on equal access to information and procurement opportunity. We design and maintain this site with the same standard. Our goal is to make every page usable by visitors with a wide range of abilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice input, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Conformance Target
This site is built to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as a floor, not a ceiling, and review the site against this standard as part of our normal release process. Where applicable, we also reference Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act for federal-facing accessibility expectations.
How We Build
Pages are static HTML with semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), descriptive headings, and meaningful link text. Color and contrast are tested against WCAG AA thresholds. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard. Form fields use associated labels and clear error states. Decorative imagery is marked accordingly so screen readers can skip it.
Known Limitations
A small number of layout elements rely on visual contrast over color alone, and certain typographic flourishes (mono-spaced eyebrows, condensed display type) are intentional brand choices. If any of these create a barrier to accessing information, an equivalent text version is available on request. Third-party content embedded in future pages (PDFs, videos) will be evaluated and remediated or replaced where it falls short of our target.
Reporting a Barrier
If you encounter a page or element that is difficult to use with assistive technology, we want to know. Please describe the page, the assistive technology in use, and the nature of the barrier. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to remediate or provide an alternative within ten business days for high-impact issues.
Alternative Formats
Capability statements, specification sheets, and other procurement materials can be provided in accessible formats (tagged PDF, plain-text, or large-print) on request. There is no charge for this service.
Ongoing Review
Accessibility is reviewed at each major site change and at minimum annually. This statement reflects the current state of the site as of the date below and will be updated as changes are made.
