How we handle your data.
LoudWrks is a B2B munitions supplier. The only personal information we collect through this site is what procurement contacts voluntarily submit when requesting a quote or capability statement. This page explains how that information is handled.
Information We Collect
When you submit an RFQ or contact form, we collect the fields you provide: name, title or rank, agency or organization, buyer type, work email, phone, request summary, and any additional details you include. We do not require, store, or process payment information through this site. We do not use cookies for tracking.
How We Use Your Information
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate, respond to, and fulfill procurement inquiries. This includes confirming buyer eligibility, issuing capability statements, preparing pricing and lead-time responses, and maintaining a record of the engagement for the duration of any resulting business relationship.
Who Has Access
Submissions are received and reviewed by LoudWrks procurement personnel. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party marketers. We may share information with: (a) prime contractors or contracting officers when required to fulfill an active solicitation, (b) regulatory authorities where required by law, and (c) trusted vendors that operate our hosting and CRM infrastructure under written confidentiality obligations.
Buyer Verification
For LE, federal, and military buyer types, we may verify the requesting agency or unit before issuing pricing or capability information. Verification is conducted using publicly available agency directories or direct outreach to the listed organization.
Data Retention
Active engagements: information is retained for the duration of the relationship plus a period required by federal contracting recordkeeping standards (typically six years from final payment or contract closeout). Declined or unresponsive inquiries: retained for twelve months, then archived or deleted.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider. Access to submitted information is restricted to authorized procurement personnel. We review access controls, authentication policies, and vendor security posture on a recurring basis.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by writing to contracts@loudwrks.com from the email address used in the original submission. We will respond within thirty days. Where applicable law (including GDPR or CCPA) grants additional rights, we will honor those obligations consistently with the strictest applicable standard.
Government Disclosures
As a supplier to federal, state, and local agencies, certain information may be subject to government recordkeeping or disclosure requirements (including FOIA-equivalent state statutes). Submitting information through this site does not waive any privileges or confidentiality protections that would otherwise apply, and we will assert applicable exemptions where appropriate.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as our operations, regulatory environment, or service offerings change. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where practical, communicated to active engagements.
